Am I Overdoing it?
My gym offers a lot of classes, and I've already taken yoga. I was wondering if I were overdoing with my class participation?
My schedule would go something like this.
Note: All classes are ONE HOUR!
Monday - Cycling @ 9:00am, Weight Training (Lower Body)
Tuesday - Pilates @ 8:00am, Cardio 30 minutes.
Wednesday - Cycling @ 9:00am, Weight Training ( Upper Body)
Thursday - Pilates @ 8:00am, Cardio 30 minutes.
Friday - Cycling @ 9:00am, Weight Training (Lower Body)
Saturday - Every other week Kickboxing @ 8:30am or REST
Sunday - REST.
My current schedule consists of Cardio & Weight Training without the classes. I workout at least 5 days a week. I'm a little anxious for better results faster. I'm consistent, and having been fairing decently, but I want more.

That's a fair amount of work that you're doing there. I hope you plan on feeding that activity level! If you feel energetic while doing the program, and you're eating right, then there shouldn't be a problem. Personally I'd make sure that I did the cycling AFTER your weight training (without a doubt). Allowing the cardio to expend too much of your energy will definitely reduce the effectiveness of your weight training (the more important of the two exercise forms). Your fat-loss efforts will improve. :

Most definitely! Ever since I changed my diet, my overall health and even attitude has improved drastically. I actually feel like getting up early in the morning, I'm no longer sluggish, and it's like I'm a whole new person. I still way close to the same, but the physical differences are there.

UPDATE! My schedule is amazing. I'm in the gym about 1.5-2 hours a day. The bulk of the classes that I take are actually the KICKBOXING. I'm doing that about 3 times a week. I can actually get through a whole class now without passing out. Yoga has been very beneficial for flexibility. I'm finding that I don't really like Pilates at all.

If you don't like the pilates then dump them and add in the kickboxing on those days.
I personally think you need to cut down on the cardio and focus more on the weight training. Building more muscle will help improve the metabolism. And definately do the cardio AFTER the weight training.

So far I have been doing the cardio everyday the minute I step into the gym. Something seems so awkward about not "warming up" with cardio first, but I'll definitely go in that order tomorrow. If you say it works for the metabolism, I'm all about that!! Even Cursor said weight training would be great before the Cycling.
My weight hasn't changed significantly at all. My diet is good, and I've been eating the small meals frequently, but nothing!! Yesterday I met a girl who lost 20lbs in 2 weeks from eating salads! And here I am going to the gym everyday for 2 hours, and the scale won't budge lol.
I'll just keep doing what I'm doing, and reverse the order like you suggested...I'm just trying to get back into the 170's...and then of course the 160's....then 150's....heck 145 would be so nice...

I mean I dunno..I didn't know her to disbelieve her? Maybe she was partly fasting? It doesn't seem totally impossible if all you're doing is drinking water and juices and eating salads....I've seen people lose tons of weight from fasting...

You make a good point. I have a friend who eats nothing but tuna and salad and drinks tons of water and has lost a lot of weight doing that. 20 lbs. in 2 weeks just seemed a lot to me. Oh well, no biggie.

If you eat just salads, and cut all or most protein off your diet,
you lose a lot of weight fast....all of it muscle,
and that's got to be the worst way to lose weight of them all.
Damn unhealthy.

I've got one thing to say ... she's simply starving herself. That's not only unnecessary, it's unhealthy. A simple drop in scale-weight is not what you're after, but rather a loss in fat, without losing lean body mass.
List, if you would, what a day's worth of eating looks like for you. Make sure that you indicate just where your exercising fits into that food schedule. We'll get you there ... :
