Any of you ladies have this problem?

When I wake up in the morning, my stomach is very flat. After I eat breakfast, it is still flat. However, if I consume milk, yogurt, or fruits with my breakfast, my stomach feels very bloated. Is this normal?

Sounds like you might have either some lactose intolerance or an (IBS) irritable bowel syndrome. Do a google search and see which one applies to your symptoms.

I think we're all too obsessed with flat stomachs.
FYI, the optimal way to breathe is to use the stomach- when u breathe in the stomach shood blow out, dont breath by just moving the chest, coz u want a flat tummy.

I agree. What's wrong with a little pouch?

Yup - I think they're right. Try taking chlorophyll, live lacobacillus and papain - worked for me. The Chlorophyll is particularly helpful in my opinion.

Can I ask how much chlorophyll? I have this very same problem, by the end of the day I am so uncomfortable I can barely move. I go from a fairly small ponch to looking 3 -4 months pregnant. I have recently gone away from dairy to see if that was the cause but still feel extremely full every time I eat anything no matter how little. I was dx with IBS in my 20's and have had this problem for the past 22 years.

I also have a form of IBS and the answer in my case was, EAT MORE FIBER! Increase your intake gradually or you will regret the effects. Now if I don't eat enough fiber then I know right away.

The most significant diet change for my IBS was to cut out fried foods and refined sugars and flours. It took some time to see the difference but now if I sneak a cookie or piece of cake I regret it later.

I suffer from IBS also and i have the same symptoms. Talk with your doctor. I take zelnorm and reglan but i also had to get a colonoposy, so i definitely recommend you talk with your doctor.
