Any women taking creatine?
Hi, I started creatine today and I'm not sure how many to take. I read alot but it's never the same. I'm not doing the load phase. Should I take 5g or 10g a day?(5g before workout and 5 g after) Or 10 g on lifting days and 5 g on not lifting days? Or just 5g after workout? Any answers?
