Any women taking creatine?


Hi, I started creatine today and I'm not sure how many to take. I read alot but it's never the same. I'm not doing the load phase. Should I take 5g or 10g a day?(5g before workout and 5 g after) Or 10 g on lifting days and 5 g on not lifting days? Or just 5g after workout? Any answers?

I take it 10 g (all at once) for a week and then 5 g a day for the rest of the time spent using the creatine.

There's a lot of disagreement on this. That worked for me, maybe I was taking more than I needed to, maybe not. Worked like it was supposed to regardless.
