Arm toneness

I have been working on my current workouts for the past 6 weeks and have seen some changes here and there but what I am really noticing is the muscles in my arms, my biceps mostly.

I am wondering...right now my arm looks full with still some flabbyness but definitaly see the muscle when I pick up heavy thigs. I like: the fact that I am developing my arm muscles and everything else and of course I am going to critique...so my question is...

How do I make it look more long and lean? just more time? I am doing weight/resistance about 5 times a week, is that too much? I do cardio everyday...should I reduce my resistance or just stick to what I have been doing?

Thanks..

P,S, everything else seems to be developing good, my legs don't look too full, my butt is getting firmed (as per my boyfriend ahha) and I am losing a little breast size, but they are back to my "normal talia" size which I am fiine with. I wish there was a way to stop stuff you don't want to happen and jump start other stuff you WANT to happen...

Ummm maybe keep doing just what you have been doing?

It's working so far, you have visible results in only six weeks...soooo

Keep doing it.

And congratulations on your success to date.
