I have been working on my current workouts for the past 6 weeks and have seen some changes here and there but what I am really noticing is the muscles in my arms, my biceps mostly.
I am wondering...right now my arm looks full with still some flabbyness but definitaly see the muscle when I pick up heavy thigs. I like

: the fact that I am developing my arm muscles and everything else and of course I am going to critique...so my question is...
How do I make it look more long and lean? just more time? I am doing weight/resistance about 5 times a week, is that too much? I do
cardio everyday...should I reduce my resistance or just stick to what I have been doing?
Thanks..
P,S, everything else seems to be developing good, my legs don't look too full, my butt is getting firmed (as per my boyfriend ahha) and I am losing a little breast size, but they are back to my "normal talia" size which I am fiine with. I wish there was a way to stop stuff you don't want to happen and jump start other stuff you WANT to happen...
