Back Fat!

I need some help! I work out at home so I'm limited to a bench and dumbells. I pretty much know how to work out my upper back, but am clueless as to my lower back. I really need some ideas on how to work out my lower back. Please help me out girls!

Working your back muscles is a good idea, but you should understand that it will not directly affect fat deposits in that specific area. The only way to drop the 'back fat' is to 1) exercise your whole body (resistance training), 2) do aerobics/cardio, and 3) modify your eating habits.

That makes sense. And it sounds so much easier than what I was making it out to be. What a relief. Thanks.

Talking

Hyperextensions and deadlifts work great for firming lower back and glutes. And I guess working larger muscle groups more often will stimulate all-over fat loss!
