Bench press for girls..
Hi, right now for my chest I'm doing flat barbell bench press and incline dumbbell bench press. I've always kept the chest exercices to a minimal (2 exercices) because you know... What do you guys and girls think I should do? I was thinking maybe 2 incline exercice and drop the flat bench. I heard somewhere that's girls should concentrate more on inclines. Also, I don't have the biggest boobs so I wouldn't want to burn them off either. Any suggestions?
thanks,

You're right about boob size : mine melted a little bit when I started benching ! In the same time, they keep firm ! So I still bench, flat or inclined, flat AND incline ! That's what I do. I don't know if I would have limited the loss if I only did inclines : my PT had just me doing both, I assume it must be the best.

I think that your current system of two exercises for chest is just right. There's no need to make it more complicated than that. I seriously doubt, however, that increasing (specifically) the number of inclined exercises you do will have any direct effect on your breast size. As I understand it, any breast size reduction that you experience will be a function of your overall body fat percentage (remember that spot-reduction simply doesn't work)—and not any particular muscle development technique that you use.

While it's true that you cannot change your breast size (that's all relating to genetics, overall bodyfat, predisposition, blah blah blah),... it is possible to affect the appearance of your breasts.
If you drop bodyfat you can probably count on losing volume in terms of cup size, that can create some sagging because of less fatty tissue, but, the flip side of that is that you can build up the pectoral muscle to create "cleavage through definition."
Thicken the muscle wall up nicely so that there's less of a slope or scoop, and visually you'll help offset some of the size loss (if that's a concern).

Agreed. You can't melt them off through bench pressing- just general bodyfat levels.
I got quite a lot of pectoral development after I started lifting, and if nothing else it really increases the impression of mass, as it were, especially with all my clothes on.
