Best way to train my arms

Hi just wanted to ask about training arms. My arms are quite chunky meaning they're not shaped long and lean. What is the best way to train them in terms of sets and reps to get them a bit leaner and shaplier. At the moment I run 10 miles a week, plus body pump class and circuit class.

Lose bodyfat. That's the main way you are goign to achieve your goal. Heavy pull and presses paired with a few isolation exercises (optional) for your biceps and triceps are all you really need.

What he said. A good cutting diet, cardio, heavy (for you) weight training that uses squat, dead, bench, row (or equivalents). And you will get the desired results.

well running them miles will cut fat, but yr diet needs to be correct to shape body.
MAv and Big V know all so much and i often call on then (respect).
You might need to use shape movements not bulk.
Bicep hieght is made by con curls etc
Tri cut is made with high rep close grip press
4 Arms love side grip curls reverse curls etc
