BF% plataeu

Hey everyone....Real quick question. I am a 21 year old, 5'5, 120 lb female. Who is very atheltic. I am currently at 15% BF. I am plataeu- ing ( forgive the spelling, not my best area) . DO I need to go on protein shakes, etc to lose this? I would like to get down to 12%. Thanks!

Oh---One more thing I forgot to mention, wanted to add in real quick.. But
15 % BF is good for a woman right? I know the average woman is what 18-23%. I know 14% is considered lean. SO should I be proud of where I am at? Or be embarrased for being brave enough to post it! (LMAO!!!) I have had a child. Does this make any difference what so ever? Up for any comments. Please post replys.

Body fat levels are not a contest.

If you can't naturally maintain a low bodyfat level with your lifestyle then what's the point, just to see if you can?

Whether or not you should be proud depends on your goals and values.
