Id say it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or advanced. If your goal is to lose fat, BFL works just fine.

Well I have to say that it does work. I have been on it almost 2 weeks and the couple who owns the gym I workout at says that my body looks fantastic. I dont see it but thats me being hard on myself, they also offered me a job because of how I look- I dont mean to toot my own horn but - I have to say it is working

Hmmm.....sounds *very* tempting to try it (I would love to lose some fat), but I don't want to cut into my strength training.
