body for Life workout
Im just want to get some input about the body for life workout. Would anyone recommend this to someone who has been working out for a while or is this pretty much for beginners?

Never tried it. I think streetman did something like it and got decent results. Search for his posts and journal and see if you can find out more.

It's for beginners. Great way to burn calories tho.

I was just wanting to change up my workout and I have never tried that specific routine before. I wasnt sure if it would do anything for me since I was use to doing a normal workout regimine.

It might help you, depending on what you have been doing to date.
What have you been doing so far?

How happy are you with the results that you've been getting from this routine? What kind of improvements would you like to see?

Note that the Body for Life program pyramids through heavier weights, focusing on lower repetitions (as I recall). I say go for it for a 12-week segment (the length of a Body for Life cycle). Best of luck!

Thanks cursor...... I might try it to get a toned - muscular look. I hope it does work. The workout is a pyramid of 1 excersice for each body part 12-10-8-6 and then a second excersice with 2 sets of 12.

the cardio he suggests is GREAT for losing weight. its basically a form of HIIT cardio. i followed his lifting suggestions for about 8 weeks but was looking to build strength so i switched to Max-OT. ill be adding his cardio plan back into my routine after my rest period soon tho

Thats awesome!! Maybe I will give it a go. I was just afraid I would not get any results from it since I have been doing a pretty much normal routine and 40 min of cardio 5 days a week. I would hate to go backwards
