Your pectorals are the muscles underlying your breasts. Not sure that building them up would necessarily lift them noticably or make them appear much bigger, though. But I don't think it would hurt either.

Try weight training exercises for the pecs: bench press, dumbbell press, dumbbell flyes. Definitely include lots of these on an incline bench as well.

Do a full body strength and cardio program. It will benefit you the most. If you get serious about it your body will reshape into the right bodyfat level for it. If you are not in condition now you will likely lose breast size as breast tissue is made up of fat and milk glands.

That is not bad though as a trim body will likely enhance the look of your feminine physique. The only way to get guaranteed specific results of bigger and firmer breasts is through surgery. Realize that there are risks associated with it.

Yes working out will help.

You should get fitted for a proper brassiere that will keep you comfortable and supported while working out or not.

Please read the responses and ask specific questions if you need to understand better. We can help explain it if we know what it is that you don't get.

It's kindof a no-brainer that working out and watching your diet will help you achieve what you want. Not doing anything about it will yield the same thing, nothing. Sorry, but sounds like you need a swift kick in the rear to get you going.

You could start with some body weight exercises whose sum will address all the muscles in your body. Combine that with some changes in how you feed your body and you'll be well on your way.

Are you willing to do a simple full-body routine just three times per week?

If you haven't been working out, start small. Add a walk or two during your day.

What does your typical day look like? are you in school? how much time a day do you have to devot to working out? and what are your goals?

I just joined this website a few weeks ago and if you stick to it you will get some amazing advice that will trigger your brain to say LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!

Did anyone notice that this thread has about 5x the number of views as most other threads with a similar number of responses.

Just saying.

I think i'm going to call my next training log "boobs".

Good observation F-mac. Me too. I think everyone should rename their journal: " {member name} Boobs"

LOL
