Hey Shamrock,

Sorry for not being more detailed. In that two months, I was taking kickboxing classes 3-4 days a week, and lifting weights about 3-4 days a week as well. So for instance, I would lift weights, take a kickboxing class, and then go home.

I tried things like yoga & pilates, but they weren't for me.

I was taking a LIPO-6* supplement, which I think greatly assisted in the rapidity of it all, and completely cut out the 'bad foods' cold turkey.

No more KFC, McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, et. al.

Now prior to this, I was eating some form of fast food EVERY single day...so I think my body almost went into fitness shock, and it was really easy for me to lose that weight in that way.

Plus, I just got up off my arse, and stopped being so sedentary.

I don't train anywhere nearly as hard as I used to, but I haven't wavered on my diet. I just recently started allowing myself to 'cheat' once a week, but am really conscious of gaining that weight again.

I don't count calories, but I can say my daily meals consist of lean meats, fruits, and vegetables. I can try to create a log, and I'll post it up here in the days to come.

*regarding the supplement, I would use it for a month, and then stop using it for a few months, use it for another month, etc. I didn't want to be dependent on it. I haven't used it in about 5-6 months.

Congrats on dropping the burger joint slop (your wallet must feel a lot better as well)!

Why after 8 weeks did you stop the fitness regimen? De-motivated, burnt out? Remember you can't just get your body to where you want it and be happy, its not like a bank account. Use it or lose it.

I hear ya...thx.

I didn't completely drop the regimen, I just curbed the intensity of the regimen. The weight I was losing in that first two months was dropping pretty rapidly afterwards as well.

I didn't want to waste away, so I curbed the intensity of my workouts.

I do the kickboxing 2-3 times a week now, coupling that w/some form of cardio every single day.

I stretch everyday as well, and try to weight train 3 times a week. I would like to start weight training about 4-5 times a week. I just want to know how I can maintain such a regimen without wasting away.

AND STILL after all that is said, my upper body (imo) is close to perfect, and my legs are not as toned as they should be...I'm not even sure how I can remedy that.

I think I've just lost a lot of focus in terms of goals & needs.
