Plies? Squats sound good to me. You can throw in the leg press machine. That gets my ass and legs sore as hell.

Yup, squats alone should do the job for ya...do you do lunges on the same day? That might be a little overkill.

I do sldl, legpress, squats, plies, but lunges hurt me the most so I kind of don't do them hehe I don't do regualr deadlifts either? but I never tried

Squats. The king (or queen) of all leg/glute exercises. Do them. :

Other than squats I don't do too much with my legs...they really are the highlight of my leg workouts. I'll do leg extensions and prone leg curls and sometimes calf raises...

Last workout I made the mistake of adding lunges into my workout, and that coupled with the squats rendered me nearly *crippled* for about 4 days! I know they say no-pain-no-gain, but when renting a wheelchair almost becomes a weekly necessity, then you know you've gone too far.
