bye-bye, boobs... <sad>
well, my brand-new (practically - i bought it less than a month ago) 42D bra doesn't fit any more: the underwire has started gouging my armpits. also, last night when i got dressed to go to the gym, my sister gave my chest the hairy eyeball and said "there's NO WAY you're a D and they've flattened that much". i just pish-toshed and left - but doing bicep curls, i swear, my boobs totally flattened to nothing and it even looked like my chest muscles were sticking out farther than my bra!
i need an air compressor.
on the up side: i'm wearing a dress i haven't fit into since 1997 ( click here )! it's a black suede dress i bought in... i think it was '93 for "phantom of the opera". it was too loose up top and too tight around the bottom (hips, ass, and stomach) the last time i wore it, in that pic. today <drum roll please!> it's too tight up top and loose around the bottom! soon's the ex drags his drunken ass outta the bush with the camera, i'll take an update pic. funny thing: i'm 15lbs heavier now than i was in that pic (190 vs 175 going by the scale here).

You've come a long way from your March 25th post. Bask in your progress, then get back to the gym and continue pushing yourself. Wonder where you'll be on March 25th, 2006?

Considering that breasts are primarily fat tissue - or at least they used to be before silicone and saline, it's really no suprise that many women lose weight there first.
So what? If you are healthier and fitter who cares. It's got to be easier on your back to become a little less topheavy isn't it?
Be happy and proud of your accomplishment and keep it going.
Don't forget as you get stronger and build muscle your pectorals are going to lift and separate them too, making them appear firmer and bigger.
Not making any suggestions here to sound sick, but think about what the pectoral muscles can do - I know you've seen male bodybuilders who are able to flex the pecs and make them jump up and down. I don't see why women couldn't develop the same muscles to that point too. Might be interesting. Perhaps they do, I just haven't witnessed it.

I told my wife that if she'd learn that one, I'd keep a roll of dollar bills around all the time.
She didn't think it was very funny. I'm in trouble again.

ROFL - tell you what: you learn it first so you can teach her how to do it.
careful you don't end up walking like a cowboy, though.....

cardio, cardio, cardio..... i walk 3.25 miles (about - might be 3.5) to the bus stop every morning and again every evening if i'm not going to the gym. takes a little under an hour, most days. if i have to miss a walk for whatever reason, i'll substitute a session on the elliptical at the gym. when i go shopping, i always take the stairs, never the escalator or the elevator - little things like that add up quickly.

Were you having any back problems, and if so, have you felt any relief from it? I know that a lot of women with larger breasts have such ordeals.
