calorie counting

Had a quick question for you girls. I keep track of everything i eat, including calories, fat, carbs, protein. I also keep track of a estimate of calories i burn while working out. My question is do you use the total amount calories w/o any being burned with exercise or anything as the total calories you consume in one day or do you subtract the calories you burned while working out and use the total of that for the total of calories per day you consume? If you can understand what i said, feedback would be great. Thanks.

Nikkie

Hi Nikkie-

Use the total of all calories consumed as your baseline.
