So my calves are looking real good but mostly on the inside if you know what I mean.
The inner calf like on the inside of the leg is nice and rounded and solid when I flex, but what can I do to make the outside just as defined? Does it have to do with just how I position my feet on the exercises.
These are a picture of my calves taken a while ago. You can see that I need to work on the outer side of them. This was taken with a picture phone so forgive the quality
The 45 degree leg press is the greatest thing that ever happened to me as far as my calves go. I still have quite a bit of weight to lose, so I don't have much muscle definition showing up, yet...but my calves sure look good.
