Celebrity Body Fat % - wow!? huh

I came across this today. Don't know if I'm reading it right. Don't know how to put in links but it's under this - bodyfatguide.com and then look in `Holywood Celebrities' part. It says amongst others - Janet Jackson 5.02% body fat wow. See what you think...

Look how often they can workout, someone to tell them what to eat, and they have the money to eat exactly like they are suppose to!

Yeah, I think it probably is pretty hard. Trainers or nutritionists can make things a bit easier but they can't do it for them.

I disagree Octagon, If your personal trainer is pushing you everyday to do it, wont let you back down and is getting after you, that makes it much easier. Especially when your trainer is tell your chef exactly what to make you and when, you'd have the cals/protein/carbs/fat/fiber levels right on the mark allll the time. Yea they need to have some kind of drive, but I dont think its very hard.

Do you think Mariah Carey has that low body fat. I don't think she looks it in a million years. And I thought elite athletes only had body fat that low...

Do you think celebrities are that dedicated - train and eat like athletes...

No way Janet Jackson is that low. Along with her big ass, if she were that low she would show striations - which she most certainly doesn't

No way man. That bf% is waaaaay to low to be healthy. I'll tell you where those rock hard abs come from:

L-I-P-S-O-C-U-T-I-O-N.

I mean, how else does she keep her curvy womanish shape for the rest of her body?

Hrm..hadn't thought about it. But I did see an interview once, where she had some insane ab regimen that included like thousands of situps on an incline. I don't remember what it said verbatim, but it would certainly make good sense her abs were that defined.

I can believe that with Janet Jackson. There was a pic of her in the Parade and she definitely has a six pack. Very Very lean. I am female and I found myself to be very envious of those abs. I am sure the rest of her looks just as lean.

Lean? perhaps. No way she is 5%.

Some competitive bodybuilders come in not much lower than that.

(and she still has that big ass.)

she is NOT 5% bf.. trust me no way no how.
I agree with dsade, even most competitive female bb'rs arent that low!
its all about genetics.
I have full 6 pack at 14% and am now at about 10-11%bf. some woman can get to 10% and not even see their abs. it all depends from person to person and how their body disruptes fat stores.

I mean I really don't think Janet Jackson has a HUGE ass.

She looks rather thin to me in these pictures:

ESPECIALLY this one w/Xtina. Doesn't look like there's a huge mound back there.
