Clean Diet Menus and total calores?

I have been reading that it is not good for some people to do Cardio and weights the same day I will be glad when June rolls around so I can start Body Pump again!! Are there any places to go that have clean menus posted that are around 1200-1400 cal range. I have got to knock this fat off of my mid section and back, I have 39% body fat and I want to get it to a normal range!! Also I went to a website that you put your age and weight and it tells you what calories you should eat - well it showed mine @ 1489 if I did that and knocked off 500 a day in order to lose weight it would only be around 900 something and that would screw my system up!! Here was my diet for today - not sure if you would call it clean but I would love feedback-
7:00am - 1 sauage patty, 1 slice wheat toast, 2 cups coffee,
8:30am- circut training - 9:00-9:30 fast walk on treadmill.
10:30 2 cups green tea
12:30 1 sausage patty 2 eggs with a touch of cheddar cheese
2:30 - lowcarb yogurt
5:00 Hamburger patty, steamed vegtables, diet coke.
Nothing after 6:00pm
