Confession

I've just come off of a two month traveling stint. During that time my eating habits and fitness efforts have steadily declined. Now I'm pretty much not doing anything. I feel like a total unhealthy fat-ass and know that I need to get into the gym - get back on a good eating play.

Problem is I'm too darn lazy and unmotivated. I feel like a hypocrite perusing this board, all the while stuffing my face with candy!!!

I figured that by posting my confession I would shame myself into getting back on track. I'll post on this thread again when I am.

Silly - Hey Woman!! That is a bummer, I know what you mean, I've done it too and once you fall down it's just that much harder to get back up! But it can be done, once you hit the weights again you'll just naturally not want to eat the junk....Make it a priority to hit the gym by this weekend
