Creatine for women

Hi, I am also starting Betagen in febuary (creatine + HMB together) and I was wondering what you think about a women taking creatine..I'm confused because you don't hear alot what it does for women. Is it good for women too? It will just help me lift heavier? I don't want it to make me bulk up. What's up with the water retention thing? I want to gain muscle and be cut.

By the way I'm 24 and 120 lbs and 5'2".

Muscle works the same in women and in men.

Creatine is your source of energy after ATP stores are used up. It will help you do a few more reps in your set, which should be good for building muscle.

Each gram of CP needs 2-3 grams of water. This helps make muscles bigger. You don't store water anywhere else by taking creatine.
