Deltoids

What are some good exercises for putting on "meat" on the side deltoids? I do lateral raises, military presses and upright rows but I don't seem to be making gains

Any tips will be appreciated!

Add in pull-ups, reverse flyes, and lat pull downs. You will eventually see some added meat.

Thanks. I was doing pull-ups and lat pulldowns for about a year and increased my strength and the breadth of my back tremendously, but nothing on the side of my shoulders. I have backed off on these movements as I was getting too broad. Although I generally stay away from isolation movements, I am wondering if this wouldn't be the best way to address the problem.

You're already doing the best basic movements for side-deltoids. I think instead of trying to incorporated more movements, maybe you should try and change around the weight and reps of what you're already doing. Something is not quite right in the equation or you would see "some" gains over time.
