Don't want the girls to go south

I went from a comfortable 36B to an uncomfortable 40D. What kind of exercises (if any) might help prevent my breasts from sagging as I lose weight? I'm 50 if that makes any difference. I also do resistance training, but only 2 days a week (college P.E. class). The rest of the week I do whatever exercises I can at home.
Thanks.

More exercise will make those babies return to normal. What i mean is reducing bodyfat ALL over the body. There is not spot reducing.

I would do more walking (as brisk as possible) daily, to add to your exercise routine.

Hi Lady C,
Do you think working the pec muscles might help keep the breasts from sagging as they shrink? I work them anyway on a pec machine, but I'll add pushups to my routine if it'll help.

Basically, no, not really. The pec muscles aren't what hold the breasts up. Of course, you should still work them; they are important to a strong body.
