Early Premenipause and low estrodoil? Workout?


AGHHH! I got some results back a few weeks ago and as I suspected I am low on Estroidiol and Iron from my blood test. I knew something was not right for the past year especially when you can cry at the previews from a kids movies at the movies!! Anyway my dr. thought I was nuts for wanting to test my hormones but at least now I know. I am in my late 30's and she wanted me to go on low dose birthcontrol - I am refusing now because I had my tubes tied 4 years ago to get off of them!! Anyway anyone else out there with this ect??? I told her I was going to try and control it with exercise. I work out 3 days a week doing circut training, weights and cardio. Now I am trying to clean up my diet better. Just wanted to see if you had any advice on this if anyone is going thru this also?? THanks!!

I wish I could help you out but don't really know much about it lovewrkout. I think you were right on to refuse the birth control pills, that's always their answer, "Here, take these drugs....."
How about going down to the health food store and seeing about getting something more natural? Maybe someone down there can help you?

Well I am now taking GNC Multi Vit for Women, Flaxseed oil Capsul and Lean System7 and started on a modified low carb diet. I was just glad that multi vit did not make me throw up - The last ones I took did. Now I hope I can just get thru this phase!! Plus I know Exercise will make me feel better than anything!!
