Energy Pills

Hey yall,

Just wondering if anyone could suggest a safe pill that will help boost my energy for my workouts. I know i may get scolded for asking this question but i consume enough protein that i should be but i still need a little boost because i'm a women who never stops running around i'm always busy. I've been adding on more weight everyweek but for the past week i've been stuck at this plateau and can't lift any heavier and its bugging the crap out of me.

Ohhh just started HIIT training. 1 minute running at 8.5mph and 1 minute walking at 6.5mph for 20 minutes. Love it! Makes the run go by so much faster and not as boring as before.

Thanks guys,
Nikkie

Caffene works for me. Drink a cup of coffee or tea 15-20 min before your workout.

Yeah i've been drinking alot of green tea lately. I also seen this new red bull (sugar free). I tried it, it was pretty good but not much of a boost.

The boost from classic Red Bull comes FROM the sugar heh.

I dont really dig on energy pills/drinks. As said above I think Green Tea is a great energy booster (Just make sure you dont load it with sugar or anything).

Control your energy flow for exercise with a smartly moderated diet, using natural whole foods wherever possible.

I think cursor is right. A smartly moderated diet and natural foods are key.

You said that you are a "busy woman". Perhaps you are over stretched? Can you analyze your daily routine and see if there are ways to streamline your schedule (reduce your stress lever).

In terms of supplements, I find that Vitamin B and Ginsing give me lots of GOOD energy, whereas caffeine just makes me hyperactive and kind of nuts.
