Fat is Coming Off!

Hi Ladies!
Just wanted to share this good news. I stepped on the scale the other morning and it said 160 pounds (now this was after breakfast around 8:00 am, I was fully clothed w/ tennis shoes & my knee pads so I'm pretty sure maybe I made it down to around 155!?!?)

Also, was doing seated dumb bell shoulder presses in a tank top and couldn't believe those were MY arms, shoulders, & even lats!

YAAY! I'm making progress!

-Amy

OK ... what're you doin' gettin' on the scale under those conditions?! It's best to whey (whoops ... weigh ) yourself first thing in the morning, no clothes, and after going to the bathroom. Consistency, consistency, consistency ...

OK ... now ... C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S !

yeah.....I usually don't weigh myself at all as I don't have a scale, but can't resist stepping on one once in a while!

Thanks everyone. I actually don't look overweight at my height, 5'8" since I think I've put on a good amount of muscle, but I still need to work more on abs, legs, & bootie!!!
