Hello everyone. long time no posting for me but i'm going to start to get back into it.
I'm posting on behalf of my girlfriend who is getting a little bit down about her weight. We've been going out for a month and a half now but in that time she has put on about 10 lbs. This is mainly due to the fact that when were together all we do is eat sweets and
junk food so we cant really complain. Well she now wants to drop the excess weight and i think she wants to lose a total of 2stone. She weighs 12st 7 at the moment and she is 5ft 10inch tall.
I think what she's looking for is a excercise routein which consists of a range of tonning
body weight excersises and some cardio work. Please could someone reccomend something for her to try.
Her goals are to get fit and get in shape. She has her diet sorted out and is starting to lose weight already but we both feel that she would benefit from doing a little excercise.
