Question

Girl needs help!

Hey, I'm kinda new at this weight lifting and fitness stuff. My question is, I worked out hard a day before yesterday....and today my calves and triceps are still pretty sore. My question, do I still go ahead and workout more today? Or do I let the muscles rest another day and do light cardio? Anway, thanks, any input is great!

soreness

If i were you , i would wait another day or 2 till the muscles aren't sore anymore. From what i hear its good to get about 3 to 4 days rest with each muscle after working it out... calves you can do everyday and not burn them out, but if they're sore, wait another day or 2

Never train a sore muscle!!!! You can train a different muscle on that day.
