Got a compliment . . ..

Well not really a compliment, but I was squatting 165 at my new gym, I haven't been wanting to use the smith machine at 24 HR because I have noticed that all the women shy away from using it. So Sunday I just loaded up the weight and did my thing. When I was done this man walked by and just said "wow, I am impressed, how much did you squat" I told him and he was like "WAY TO GO, I can't even do that, keep it up" That made my day!

: Good job, I don't see enough guys squatting, much less women.

To tell you the truth there really aren't a lot of men or women in most gyms who can do 165 properly, so that is a great accomplishment.

Careful about squatting with a smith machine though.
