Great forum

Hey all! Just wanted to do a quick intro since I discovered this site yesterday. What a great board! Lots of info and support.
I'm a 32 yr young stay at home mom with 2 children (11 &3). Love being at home. I'm about 5'1 and 142 lbs - more than my frame should be. I've been a binge exerciser (you know, stick to a routine for a few months and then nothing) until now. I've been working cardio into my routine 5 days out of the week with resistance training as well. I also enjoy yoga and I just created a schedule for myself that will hopefully allow me to incorporate yoga. My diet is not great - not even for being vegetarian. I'd like to get into the habit of eating 6 meals a day which is not easy to do. Being a mom, I'm the last person I think about. Before I know it, it's sometimes 3:00 in the afternoon and I haven't eaten a bite. Terrible, I know. This is probably the reason why I haven't dropped any weight. I've definitely gained muscle and I can see muscles in my arms and shoulders that I never knew I had but no weight loss. Tried Hydroxycut Hardcore and yes it gave me some energy, there was no weight loss. I've been working out the past couple of weeks without it.

Look forward to meeting some of you ladies - you inspire me!

I'm not a lady, but welcome to the forum anyway. Best wishes in your fitness endeavors and any help we can be feel free to ask. An online fitness journal is a great way to keep track of your workouts and eating. It's also a good way to get feedback and suggestions from other members.
