Great Sin Tonight

Really messed up bad today. Started out great as usual with oatmeal, whey, yogurt, fruit, tomato juice, boiled eggs, you get the point, my day was good....but then....
A Dove Chocolate Ice Cream Bar
A Big Three Musketeers Bar
and
An Entire Package of Starburst Candy
plus for dinner I ate
Frozen Fish (so greasy after getting it out of the oven) with plenty of Tarter Sauce and fishsticks.....
GEEZ......
I can barely move right now......feel like barfing.....
I'm gonna go read my latest can't-put-it-down book and crash......
uggggg.....

Hey man, we all have our days. The other day, I found a half-full bag of Lay's sour cream & onion chips in our cupboard.

It's true when they say you can't each just one (must be all the MSG).

Hey Amy, that's how I"ve been eating the past four months! At least you stopped at a day.

Well, OK, not quite that much but pretty darn close to that.

Don't beat yourself up. you seem to eat healthy from what I"ve seen.

Hey, if cheesecake, chocolate chip cookies and pizza were all really good for me, I would LOVE that!!! Haaaa... too bad.. but, at least we can make some of the healthy things taste nice too.. their just not naughty enough!! lol.
Don't worry SurfinAmy.... I've been trying to get back to a regular routine myself.. and it seems to work for 2 weeks.. and then, it's that time of the month again.. and POW!! there goes my salt and sweet cravings... yikes!!!

What a bunch of food sinners we have on this board!! hehehe
hey Midget,
this is an ABSOLUTELY TRUE STORY
My mom used to date this guy who heard that slogan, "Betcha can't eat just one" or whatever the hell it was about not being able to eat only one of them.
So his claim to fame was that he ACTUALLY ATE ONLY ONE!!! In his entire life, he had EATEN ONLY ONE!!!
So I think that deserves to be put down in the Guiness Book of World's Records....
-Amy
P.S. they didn't stay together too long...hehehe
