Good idea, but I'll have to borrow someone's dbs. My gym doesn't have any pink ones, and I want them to be pink in my pick

Tell him Ironman!

Or go here and read about it. I only do the upper rotation part and sometimes the overhead press.

Thanks for the link, Brat.

Max - when i do the cuban rotations as the link calls them, I use dumbbells rather than a barbell because it is much easier on my shoulders.

Well i have problems around the knee cap with pains just under the platella and to its side. I need to build up the muscle here and behind it.

Do you do it the exact same ie standing up straight out parallel wrists at 90 degress and then just with dumbbells

I have a similar problem. How are you building up the muscle there?

Be very careful... sounds like ACL/MCL is at risk.

ACL = Anterior Cruciate Ligament
MCL = medial cruciate ligament

Ligaments don't gain strength. (They do become strenghtened by training, but they won't "become stronger" like a muscle.

i've been lifting weights for more than 1 year now, and people always said that i'm lifting too heavy than regular females there at my gym.

I wanted to lift "lighter" weight but still maintain the muscle mass that i gained, Is this possible? Or should i do it alternately? Like 2 weeks on heavy weights, 2 weeks on lighter weights and so on....

How many exercises per body parts and how many reps each should i aim to do if i do lighter weights?
