Hi Brunneti,

When you use all caps on this message board, it is interpreted as shouting. I hear your frustration, but getting riled up won't get you anywhere with fitness.

Try going back to your firm tapes and scale things down to a level where you do not have so much of a negative reaction to it. Then build up from there. Your body will adapt as you increase the intensity.

You have a heck of a responsibility raising to toddlers at the moment. As I recall there are lots of Mom and tot places to go to and do fitness with others who are in a similar situation. This might bode well for you.

I am sorry. i was not meaning this to sound like that. In the type of work I do we type in all caps and I did not change it when typing this. I do not have a computer at home so I can only post at work. I work 40-50 hours a week and on top of my two kids I have two step children. ages 1, 5, 10, and 13 all boys. I am still trying to learn how to balance life and time with all of us. thank you

hi danielle, welcome! wow it sounds like you are a busy lady! the mother/tot exercise idea that brat had is a good one. How about taking your little ones out for a jog in one of those 'jogger' prams? When you have free time try doing pushups, situps and squats. Go back to your exercises with lower intensity and build up to higher intensity when your body gets used to it!

good luck and hope to see you around the boards!
