Jen, I realize I asked you about your sqatting 205 on another thread, but can't remember where it was! Just want to say please be careful!!! Dang, just don't do it without a spotter!

hey Amy. that was in my journal. check yestarday, I did 225/5, no spotter. theres a bar at the bottom though across so I can bring it down to there if I need to. thanks for the concern

Was that ass to ankles? or front squats?

1 set of 5 @ 225?

below paralell.first set was 225/5, 2nd set was 225/4.5 (Its all in my journal. I keep track of everything daily)
