lol, Arbit you are great. Actually I'm carb/calorie cycling and it's working quite well for me. 2 days out of the week I do high carb days with about 2200 calories, 2 days I do low carb days with 1500-1700 calories out of the week and 3 days out of the week I have "no" carb days (under 20 carbs, only
green veggies) with around 1200-1400 calories a day.
If I was only eating 1200 calories a day all the time, yes that would be bad. Especially considering my activity level. I've also been having a
cheat meal on one of my low carb days which I can only guess at what it actually is. For example on Sunday (May 6th) I had chicken enchiladas at a local brewery. Not exactly sure how much fat, carbs, protein etc. but I did my best at guessing with fitday. I'm almost certain I under guessed it
I have got to say though that I've been doing this since January (with planned breaks/cheats) and I love it.
