hips?
I know how to tone my butt..and legs but what about hips? I know there is the adducter/ inducter...is there something else?

Squats and lunges will work the hips and glutes. You do want those to look nice too, right?

The acutal 'hip' contains quite a bit not just the adductors and abductors. Generally speaking if you want to shape up as Cursor had said Squats is a great way to strengthen the legs/hips etc.
