Horrible Pain!


Hey Guys...I did a leg work out with a friend of my mom's, he's been a body builder for 30 years. I've never really done a leg workout before, not like this...The weight was very heavy and after a while my legs started to shake and burn, like really bad! Now they hurt so bad, it's hard to move them, is this normal?? Will it always be like this after a leg work out?

Yes its normal, and no eventually it wont be as bad. Here's a tip, pull the string from between your legs and you'll be just fine. :
