As my stay here increases by the day I have learned that:
1) Abs are 90% diet 10% exercise
2) you can NOT spot reduce- you may want to have the abs of your dreams but just working your abs alone will not get you there. Yes, by doing crunches it will help
build muscle, but that alone will not allow them to be slim
3) to lose the fat around the abdominal area- diet is extremely important- this means, no fatty foods, lots of fruits and veggies!!
4) the hormone that allows males to "bulk" simply is not abundant enough in females to get muscular. We can get toned and defined but we would have to take some serious drugs to bulk up like every girl thinks she will once she starts working out (i know i was one of them)
hope all of this helps and I am sure someone else will come along soon and either a. agree with me or b. disagree and correct me on anything I have said
what are your
workout routines right now and what does your diet consist of? these are the two major questions at the beginning of this route
