Haha I can picture this girl in my school Melissa. If she lost about 55 lbs she would be knockout in the clothes she wears

I don't think there's much more that could be added to this succinct statement. Dana? Your reply?

: Personally, In my opinion. I think its all about the excercises the people are doing. Alot of people dont work out correctly. They dont target the right areas.

I have had a child, & with the right excercises I have the body type you are talking about wanting to have. ( currently 5'5, 115 lbs last time I checked 15% BF, but I think it is lower than that now) Do the correct excercises, eat properly & dont get into a lot of junk food, get some cadio like walking or whatever is your choice for 30 minutes or more a day. You know the drill.

Yeah, some of it has to do with genetic makeup. I agree with that. But I still think they can have the toneness & muscle build they want---regardless of body type, if they work hard enough & have enough determination to get it. IT JUST MAY TAKE LONGER FOR CERTAIN BODY TYPES. & it will obviously look a touch different of every body build.

Keep up working out & you will get there. If you arent getting the results you want to see. Go & see a personal trainer. With the body shape you have & the look you want. & have them work with you. Or an athletic friend who is simialr in shape to you who has the results you want.

Best of luck to you.... You will get there.
