How do you get abs like these?

Someone posted this link a while and I've become curious on how someone could acheive something like that?

I have 2, 5 pound dumbells. Could I do anything with those to target abs? I was also wondering, I don't want to have a six pack.. don't crunches/situps build muscle for a six pack? Or do you have to get to a really low bf% to actually see the six pack?

To get a six pack you need to have low body fat%. That's why they say abs are made in the kitchen

2 5lb dumbbells aren't gonna do much for anything, to be honest.

You don't have to get super lean but lean enough by watching salts, sugars and processed carbs. Using the Dumbbells on your chest with crunches is a great start, passing the DB from hands to feet and opening up each time so hands and feet go back but don't touch floor then return to center to exchange again and repeat.
Between knees, then bring knees to chest.

Just a few....
