Lady C, I have implemented the suggestions you gave me in a previous thread. I have gone to 5 smaller meals per day with 15 to 20 gm of protein and lots of veggies. I have gone to a three day
split routine as follows:
Mon - Chest and Shoulders
Tues - Cardio 30-45 min on elliptical
Wed - Back and Triceps
Thurs- Cardio
Fri - Legs and Biceps
Sat - Cardio
Sun - Off
I am 5' 1/2" tall, don't own a scale so weight is unknown ( I am guessing 110 to 115), waist 28" and hips 35", My size 4's are now tighter than when I started lifting in February. I just implemented the above one week ago so just need to know how long I should give it until I reevaluate my progress. I really want my 4's to fit more comforatably again.
