How many of u can do chins for reps?

Apart from Atherjen
I saw a second girl today doing them for reps, it was awesome :
But the two girls I've seen, they didnt look "muscular" or bulky, just fit. So I'm curious, how many of u can do them.

For those who can't, the key (as you may already know) is having/developing a strong back. If you're currently doing lat-pulldowns, pushing for heavier weight (and controlling the movement in both directions) will certainly help. In execution, focus on keeping the plane formed by your forearm and upper arm co-planar with that formed by the bar & cable. Keep everything in the same single plane. Typically, that involves keeping your elbows somewhat pulled back (don't let them shift more comfortably forward) as you're moving the weight. As you do, think about the muscles that are being recruited ... try and identify/isolate. Every second week, try doing as many wide-gripped chins as you can (only if it's a partial single).

Cursor said it right.

Think of it this way, too - as you do pulldowns, you'll eventually approach your body weight. That's when you know you're ready to start experimenting with pullups. Same goes for assisted dips.

Cursor, I find close grip chins easier. I recommend doing whichever ones are easier for u, if u currently cant crank out reps like Ms Atherjen. Also try close hammer grip chins, they mite be even easier.
