yeah, I think people who work on neck should be careful specially at the beginning... I learned it from hurting my shoulder. hehe.

i have a neck machine at my gym, sometimes..every 2 weeks or so i get on it with light weight and just use it streghten my neck. all my neck growth comes from deadlifts shrugs and cleans
