Never really thought about it to be honest, apparently most women find a strong thick neck particularly attractive, so maybe I should!

i used to, but stopped since it was getting pointless- i was doing neck curls and using a 50pd. plate, 20reps, 3sets. after a while it gets pointless, and honestly, i don't think i lost any size or anyhting from not trainign it

I only do dumbell shrugs or horizontal shrugs along with back. Other than that heavy deadlifts, and anything else where I'm holding weight does the trick.

I don't do any shrugs or upright rows, or any other direct work for the traps or neck. Any growth for traps comes indirectly from heavy dead lifting and all neck growth from indirect heavy training overall.

i wish my gym had machine for neck workouts. I just looked up a way to do it with DB . As some may know i have been on injured list cause of a pulled neck muscle which was cause from too heavy BB shrugs. i hate it

I usually take a chain and tie a 50 pound plate around my neck. Then I rapidly spin around in circles until the plate is flying level with my head. I usually do this for about 15 minutes (or until I pass out, which ever occurs first).

I don't work my neck and I don't want to. It looks like you can injure your cervical spine that way, but I'm not sure. I wouldn't want to take the chance though.

yeah, I think people who work on neck should be careful specially at the beginning... I learned it from hurting my shoulder. hehe.
