I need a workout plan for girls basketball


Ok i need a workout plan for girls basketball so i can impress this girl. Make it seem that i went the extra mile. Ive been lookin but there is nothin i can find!! PLEASE HELP ME

You need to be more specific what are your goals? Speed, strenght, flexibilty(sp?).

I'm not sure that the training should be any different for girls than it is for boys. Same game ... same skills. There are plenty of books that you can either purchase or pick up at the library that will help.

As a basketball player, the only advice I can give you is a lot of running, cardio trenching and work on your fundamentals. I personally believe weight lifting and all that is for the off-season.
