Well I know one who is kind of curvy and she's very intelligent. Actually, quite a bit smarter than me.

I wonder how age AND the WTH ratios combine or correlate to these findings. Since our bodies change so drastically, from when we start to mature hormonally, our activity levels more imposed upon us in school, and the subsequent lack of activity with many jobs,....then add into that equation how our bodies change when we begin to have children,....even after birth, and even after we take the birth weight off,....and finally as how our bodies change with menopause. All those factors could cause our curves to change place, yet we are still the same person.

How much of this formula pertains to age-specific observations while testing, and how is that reviewed and interpreted while making assessments?

Well it is what one would expect. Metabolites of oestrogen play a huge role in brain functioning and in intelligence. One of the main reasons women are seen to mature more psycologically and be smarter than boys is puberty earlier on.

The fatter you are the more aromatase.

----> Excellent point! What's so sad is that this actually has to be pointed out to some people.

Hey I was thinking the same thing. Curvy does not equal fat or unfit!! Before I had my son I considered myself "curvy" but in no way was I fat or unfit. I wish I could be half as fit now as I was then.... I wish alot of changes on my life though so.............
