Are you saying "Real Women Deadlift?"

I like that idea. Got one wanting me to help her make a different fitness plan than she's been doing (with very nice results already I should add). Guess what it will include - That's right, deadlifts.

Yes welch, that's what I'm saying! not just deadlift, but real women lift weights, heavy ones too! And we don't end up looking 'bulky' or 'like men'!

Keep preaching it gymgirl. As I've told you before you are an inspiration to a younger generation of girls. At least some of the ones I know.

Even though my little powerlifter doesn't have the time now. She lifted between basketball season and softball season. But wants to play her sports. I guess between softball and cheerleading she'll lift some more.

This other one is 35 and will be doing heavy weights, at least heavy for her. No little pink dumbells in my gym. Don't have them, don't allow them.

Just a squat rack, bench, assorted barbells and dumbells. A couple of cardio machines, a speedbag and a heavy bag. I think there is a jumprope hanging on the wall behind my chains.

And the sign has changed. It now says, "Ladies Welcome...Just don't expect to be treated like one."
