Your work out looks great to me.. I think it's ok to train legs as much as you want, as long as you are letting them recover inbetween work outs, and training different muscle groups in your legs to vary the sessions.
I wouldn't do the same exact leg work out 2x a week.. Sometimes I train my lower body 3x a week.. using different muscle groups, heavy or
light weight intensity, weights or flexability training.., it all depends..
I have the same problem with my lower body too!! I hate my thighs!!
