loose belly skin


Hey there! I've been exercising continuously since September of last year and I've made much progress - I'm much more firm and toned although I haven't dropped any pounds. I see some definition in my abs - here's my question - I had a c section a number of years ago. I'd wondering if any ladies have as well and where you able to tighten the loose skin on the lower abs? I feel like this is a lost cause. Thanks!

Well I didn't have a c-section however I did have a LOT of loose skin, and the only thing I've found that works is drinking a TON of water. All my stretch marks aren't gone yet (my boy will be 2 in 2 weeks) and some of the loose skin omes back if I don't stay hydrated!
