losing Breast size, need advice.

I have been bodybuilding seriously for a year and have lost weight and gained a lot of muscle. My porblem is that i have went from a tight 36DD to a 34D and i need to know if the chest work will eat in to me anymore and therefore loose more breast size. My chest routine is - Chest Flyes super-set with Chest Press, flyes-15reps, press-failure, with Shoulder and Tricep work. I train 5 days a week, bodybuilding & 20 minutes Cardio 3 days, 45 minute Cardio 2 days. Yoga 3 nights. Sat & Sun off. I was 10 stone 10 pounds when i started and a tight size 10, i am now 91/2 stone and a size 8. I was told the weights were mostly to blame so i need some advice as i am a bid concerned.

the chest work is not to blame for your decreased breast size. if anything, a larger chest will make your breasts seem bigger as tehy will be resting on larger muscle. the weightloss is to blame as it occurs everywhere, includin the breast

I agree. loss of bodyfat will make your breast size go down a bit but by working your chest muscles you actaully enhance the appearance of them. (I have veryy small breasts and the pectoralis development makes up for it)

I don't know much about bra-sizes (being a guy), but isn't anything D still pretty big?

Man, I *wish* that I could diminish my breast size. What lifts were you doing again?

I can't beleive you don't already know this by touch!
34, 36 etc is the circumference dimension of the chest below the breast line.
A, B, etc is the cup size or how much the breast sticks out from the chest.

I remember from somewhere to be and A cup it means it is 2" difference between the dimension of the chest and the dimension across the nipples. And for every inch that is beyond the 2" it is another cup size. Therefore, someone with a 36D is 36" around and the breast sticks out 5" inches.

A "D" cup size is healthy for most women. I would not be worried that much. As quoted above most women are not that large to begin with so being in shape and having "natural" large breasts is a blessing. My wife has implants and carries about 12% in the winter and about 10% in the summer. She goes from a DD to a D as you stated you have done. She prefers the D over the DD all day long.

Migetcop, My wife is a Riverside County Deputy ( I am assuming from your name that you are a police officer) and she went from a natural d (before implants) to a B. This was not her goal but running 3 to 5 miles per day 4 to 5 times per week is how it happened. No lift will deminish your breast size. Its all a matter of body fat levels. It sounds like smillyme is going to be the envy of allot of women here at DF. :
