Losing / Gaining size in breasts

My question is, when girls go on diets, and lose alot of weight, do their breasts shrink? Like i know if ur really fat and round, and u lose weight obviously they would become smaller, but say ur already thin, just wana lose the little belly, would dieting make ur boobs lose size??

Also, ive heard stuff, and have been told by a female friend, that eating alot of chicken can cause a womens breasts to grow a size in a period of time? Because chicken has protein or hormones in it? I'm not sure. A girl told me her friend ate chicken for 1 week every day and her breasts grew a whole size...

Is this eating chicken thing true or false? (Im asking for someone else). Thanks.

How much you lose in your breasts depends on your individual genetic makeup. Or in other words, how much fat your breasts are programmed to store. If you're already thin except for a little belly, I doubt that minor fat loss (to trim the belly) would affect your breasts size much. But like I said it depends on your genetics.

I am sorry to let you down but that is a total myth! A real funny one at that. Eating any particular food will not increase or decrease the breast size - they can only change with lower/increased bodyfat.

Your breasts are mostly fatty tissue so you will lose some depending on how much fat your body is carrrying. If you are 30% bodyfat then, yes, you will lose breast size. If you are 15% bodyfat then probably not.

I've know a couple of girls who started taking "natural estrogen" supplements (soy, Mexican Yam) and their boobs definitely grew. But then so did their hips.

My boobs have grown a whole cup size this past year, even though I have been working out and haven't gained any weight. My doc says that it's probably from a hormone surge that women my age (35) often get.
